Dec stood out from the very start of our selection process, firstly back in February at the meeting in London, and again in the Peak District last month where he kept his positive approach through a long, tough day.
Recently awarded Most Consistent Performer 2009 for the Special Olympics Ellesmere Port & Neston Football Team, Dec has been selected for the 2011 World Games in Athens.
